Local Pick Up

Hello Buyer popped over to collect his pickup and we got distracted and talked about Books. Gavan is a regular but on this occasion he wasn’t issued a confirmation code for me to enter. He did leave feedback stating Excellent transaction. But, how do i get my money released? Any help would be appreciated.

Did your buyer pay by cash?

If he paid through eBay checkout, he would have received the QR code and you could contact him to ask for that code.

If he paid you cash on pickup, he wouldn’t have received the QR code (and you won’t need it).

The QR code is unlikely to speed up disbursement of funds - and of course that isn’t even an issue if you were paid by cash.

Are you a relatively new seller?

You have enough recent sales for there to be no holds.

I assume you have signed up for Managed Payments, in which case you should get your money with your next disbursement.
