I am not able to edit my name on my payment details. I can add account and BSB and that's it. My name is not exactly the same on my eBay account as my bank account.

Are you trying to sign up to MP?

Names must match exactly

You will have to edit your name in your profile to match your bank details.

That is the name you have on your eBay account.

And you might want to end your current listing until you sort it out

If the item sells, the funds will have nowhere to go until you fully complete sign up to Managed Payments and have been verified to sell (which is why it is a good idea not to list anything before doing so)

Sorry guys! I've managed to change my name but have not been able to find where I put my bank account details in. I have been going around and around in circles.
