Ebay sent massage saying for me to print return label to post DHL but I never use this system & there aren't any labels to print for DHL.

What do I do ? I want my refund

Is this for an item which was sent through eBay Internatiional Shipping ?

If yes, eBay will organise the return and it will be retured to the Hub.

Can you please confirm that you've correctly opened an "item not as described" case through eBay's Money Back Guarantee:

Return Request > Item Not as Described

If yes, go to your Purchase History > Returns > View Return Details

Do you have the option to Print Label , the DHL label that eBay would have sent you ?

Print off all pages of a PDF

If not, what does it show ?
