Saved search updates not coming through

Is anyone else not getting the daily email updates re your saved searches from eBay?

Mine stopped mid december 2017 and thus far eBay help have been useless with a constant stream of "please be assured that our Technical Team is working on this closely to get the issue resolved" every time I ask what is happening.

If anyone else has had this issue - has it been resolved and how was it resolved?

No problems here they're coming through regularly. Have you checked to see if you're still subcribed to the searches on your "saved searches" page?

Yes, still subscribed but ebay acknowledge there is a problem but there is a solution "on the way" - been 2 minths now though
