Hi there

Does anyone know how I as a Buyer can make comments on an issue in the Resolution Centre?

I can see comments (false) left by the Seller, but there doesnt appear to be anywhere for me to contribute anything.

The Item has been returned, tracking shows a delivery attempt was made and now the item is sitting at the post office and ebay wont refund until the item is delivered.

Im just stuck in the system it seems 😞

It could be the seller hasn't had a chance to pick it up and it's been carded in their letterbox.

Monday was a public holiday.

Otherwise don't rely on writing in the resolution centre, give eBay a call and explain seller is refusing to accept delivery if it turns out that way.
