My invoice stats for $42

But when i add up its under $42 including selling fee and postage fee

Final Value Fee on Shipping AU $3.27 Final Value fee AU $5.44 Final Value fee

AU $21.67

Final Value Fee on Shipping AU $3.27

I see a total around $350 in sales for you in the last month.

So add shipping to that and multiply it by 10.9%.

Your invoice looks about right.

You can check it in account then view details.

I assume you have access to the OP's account. Which could constitute a crime.

The rest of us just have to go on the minimal, inadequate, non-conclusive information provided by the OP.

But kopes the fees are billed from the 15th of the month to the 15th of the next month so OP has been overcharged.

$48 is way more than $42 so you're overcharging OP even more than ebay haha

That would depend. Mine are 16th to 15th. A lot are 1-31.

You are probably right about the billing period. And I suspect that is the crux of the matter. The OP is probably only counting fees from June and not those from the second half of May.

It's hard to know without further elucidation, but the information to hand is certainly not enough to make blanket statements about the correctness of the fees.

Make certain you are looking at the invoice that's in the drop down menu and not at all account activity as that

might include extras,(remember you also have the GST amount on your fees included).

Accounts are billed differently depending on when you sign up.

Mine is billed around the 7th of the month.

I think you and Dave are right, OP's charging is prob from 15th and has forgotten about the second half of May.

The difference between what you were charged and the fees you've listed is $8.35. Did you print a postage label through ebay?

Oh postage yeah nah thats correct i pay 8.50 for a satchel for express at au post and for bigger items like a board game i pay around $17 for the box at the post office and 12 dollars for the box to get delivered. I have all my recipets from the post office.

If you want to find out what crime was alluded to, try reading all the posts.

The postage purchasing information doesn't really help.

Did you look at your invoice, as suggested?

Did you provide the additional information we requested, to allow us to advise you, assuming you were after advice?
