selected item won't download

When I am searching for items on eBay, find what I am looking for and I click on the item but it doesn't down load the details, in other words it won't move from the initial page. I just get the "Sorry something went wrong" message. This doesn't happen to me when I am doing similar actions on other sites, like Car Sales for instance.

i have same problem. including relisting , and Feedback?? Ebay tech told me to replace firefox with Google Chrome, still not working? seem a big Ebay problem!!!

I had the same thing, using Mozilla Fire fox. Like others said. if i use other browsers like IE or Opera - No problems. But something i found interesting in Firefox is that if I right clicked on the search listing item ( to go to the item), and select "Open Link in New Private Window" - It works !!! So it works in Private view but not in normal view !! Hopefully this is a clue to some body who is a computer wiz on here ??? Good luck , cheers.
