I can't proceed to ask ebay to step in for the product that had not been delivered whereby the seller did not process a refund either.

It might be too early for you to open a case,has it passed the due by date?

Have you tried going back a page and trying again?

I occasionally get that message here on the boards for no apparent reason.....backspace and try again usually works.
