I think you will find over a longer period IE will still have problems running the eBay site.

Chrome browser may have held some cookies affecting eBay.

Those cookies will now slowly attach to IE over time and probably be worse than before.

You will always have trouble with IE on ebay.

Ebay no longer supports it.

Internet Explorer is being phased out, it won't work on a lot of sites. If you have it working for eBay, my guess would be it will be very temporary. Chrome is much better.

I know a lot of people have trouble with IE and ebay, but it has worked perfectly for me...............until around two weeks ago. Now I cant get it to work at all ( cant sign in with it ) and have been using chrome for the last couple of weeks. Still prefer IE though, if it would work.

If you change your logon page instead of opening on the ebay opening page try the selling or purchasing or messages ie will work better still use Chrome.
