Hi there,

I am trying to update our stock and price, as I usually do every day and I've got the messages below in pretty much all listings.

Error code: 21919301 - "Error - The UPC field is missing. Please add UPC to the listing and try again.|The UPC field is missing.|The UPC field is missing. Please add UPC to the listing and try again.|UPC|"

I didn't do anything different than usual and tried 4 times during different times of the day and I got the same message.

Try this, may be it is your computer and not eBay, If NBN or ADSL turn off the computer and the router at the wall. Reboot the whole system. Run your anti-virus, such as McAfee, or Windows Defender, and do a full scan. Then clear all cookies, history and cached data.
Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall again.
After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.

Just tried now on my 4g and didn't work. Different computer as well.

Have you filled in the UPC's in the listings?

Yes, just did that. Now it has updated ok....

Don't know why, never asked for UPC before, anyway, now they are all there.
