I've tried the lower and high case and the platform keeps popping up with, you have a missing parameter.

Any O or Zero in it as sounds like you may have put in the wrong one (a number or letter may be missing).

Just keep in mind that the Call option is only available during business hours,

(8 am to 9 pm Mon to Fri and 8 am to 5 pm on Sat and Sun).
