Postage label won't print

I can't print out a postage label. have been trying 5 hours, on Firefox and Chrome. Can do everything else, except print the label. It says 'something's gne wrong. try again'.

In 'Selling' there should be an option to 'Manage postage labels'. Have you tried printing it from there?

Also every part of the address must be in the correct format.

I'm guessing you've sorted it by now, but just in case you haven't, open the postage label, enlarge it as much as you can, then take a screenshot. Open in "paint", crop everything out, then print. That way you're bypassing any glitch.

No Tippy I haven't sorted it. I've had Nortons sca i open nning all monring & then had to go to work. So the parcel is a day late. But the problem is I don't even get as far as this. I open Manage Waiting Orders & then click on the drop-down menu for Print Postage Label, and then it goes to a screen saying Oops Something Went Wrong. I can go through Aus Post but that will cost a little more.

On my 'Selling' page there a a number of options on the left side of the page. Under 'All Selling' is 'Manage postage labels'.

From memory, that allows you to (re)print a lebel, but I think it only works for 24 hours after generation.

If you got a confirmation email when you generated the label, that should also give you a link to 'Manage postage labels.

I know it doesn't help in this instance, but I have my browser set to download labels. That way I can print them from the pdf, rather than through eBay.

OK, then do as I suggested and enlarge the label and screenshot. Then print from 'Paint". If you use an Apple device, I can't help, but if you use a Windoze device, then there is no reason you can't screenshot and edit in 'Paint". If you don't know how to screenshot, there is a key on the keyboard that says "Prt Sc". When you have the label at the required size, hit that key. When you open Paint, hit Ctrl-V. Then use the crop function to remove everything except the label.
