Are you trying to pay with payapal and the seller does not accept paypal?

If the seller does accept paypal have you tried using different funding source? Some sellers will not accept credit cards as a funding source.

Nope! ... Debit Card (my card is Current and has plenty of Funds).

Have you trid using the bank account as the funding source rather than the attached debit card?
