eBay are well aware but seem to be unable/unwilling to do anything

Have you contacted them about it?

I am assuming you mean Archive your orders) That usually occurs with large orders where you cannot archive, so this happened to me a few times and boggled my mind as to why this was occurring, I came across the area "Paid and Shipped" which is located under the "orders" tab and in the right column, so through the "Paid and Shipped" area I was able to archive these large orders .... hope this helps others 🙂

This thread was last active four years ago, with a problem that had almost certainly been resolved or was related to a different cause at that time. The last post was 5 August 2019… holy herring in a jar, that was in that long-distant time before COVID-19 hit!

I’m sure that a moderator will lock this thread due to its age… but you could always start a new thread about having noticed that some users previously mentioned not being able to hide (AKA archive) their sold orders, yada yada, and giving your experience about how to do that.

By the way, did you realise that you were posting on the Australian boards here?

Welcome! (But yes… start a new thread to say hello, perhaps…?)
