Cannot purchase certain item due to address error

I regularly buy from a certain seller, but just today when I tried to pay for an item it kept saying address and postage error. No prices are showing in the postage section. I live in Sydney and the postage across Australia was supposed to be free. I chatted with the seller and he has no idea at his end either. This happened to several other sellers I tried to buy from today.

I have the same issue - every item in the cart is marked with "this seller didn't include postage costs to your area. . .." and I can't proceed with the purchase.
I also live in the Sydney area and I have previously purchased from one of the sellers in the cart.

eBay has implemnented a new rule but some let me try and find a polite word "computer programmer " has stuffed it up

and got it wrong we cannot sell to Australian customer i'll tell you who can is Amazon Seller right now they are selling to our Aussie customers nice work mr eBay computer progammers

Amazon Seller's are right now getting all our sales becuase of whatever is going on with eBays system nice work guys

Yes I've got exactly the same problem - no postage costs showing on any of my listings so buyer's can't buy anything. Doesn't seem to have affected all sellers though. I can't print any ebay postage labels either

??? Most of your listings are free postage.

I can see postage listed on the ones that aren't.
