Before I can check the customer original message content when I reply it.

Since seller hub update, now I need open 2 windows to reply customer message.

One is to show original customer message, one is for reply message.

Pls change it back asap.

Responders are fellow buyers and sellers and we cannot 'change it back to how it was'

Another member who has a store may have suggestions on if there is another way to do this as you used to be able to

I've been having the same problem today, it's a PITA, but haven't looked for a detour yet.
