is the ebay server really down?

I have been trying to send an invoice to a buyer all day but have been advised that eBay have a server problem??? But everything else seems to be working OK. Any thoughts from anywhere?

I don't have a problem (am using Chrome & on a laptop)....what are you using?

I haven't had a problem today. I am on a desktop using Firefox.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, it might be a good idea to change the browser to either Firefox, Safari or Chrome.
