Pls help - Could not checkout and pay

Dears,

I try many times to checkout but not success. Even i use paypal or my credit card.

When i check out it inform that "Fix issues with your paypal account", i followed the guide to add credit card more but nothing happen at time i fill full info and click Add. (My paypal account's already added credit card and confirmed).

How can i do with this case, i've already offer some items but i could not to pay now.

Pls help me?

You are not talking to eBay here, just buyers and sellers like yourself. My suggestion would be to select the "help" button at the top of the eBay page and follow the prompts there.

I suspect they are not in Australia.

As far as the question goes, if you're around OP, try clearing cache and cookies, try a different browser, reboot your computer.

Maybe he cannot pay because he is NARUed.

Could be trying to get around geoblocks.
