Hi, so im trying to create a selling account and when i try to, the page doesnt work. This page doesnt load on any broswer or laptop of mine.

Can i get some help as id like to start selling stuff and need to set up the automatic payment system

Try clearing cache and cookies, use a different browser, reboot your computer.

Friday is maintenance day, and not everything always works, so maybe try again later tonight or tomorrow.

And don't use Internet Explorer.

You need a Premium account in Paypal, but don't upgrade to a business account whatever you do.
