Not receiving email notifications from Ebay or Paypal when an items sells

I sold an item three days ago. I just happened to check my account today and only then saw the item had sold. I'd received no email notification from Ebay or Paypal. All notification/communication settings are correct, and my email account is fine. Is anyone experiencing this? How can it be fixed? Thanks.

All my sales over the last 3 days have resulted in email notifications. For 1, on Friday, I only received the eBay one, but for the rest I got both.

They both play up occasionally but not usually both together. However, they could both easily be sent to your spam folder so the best solution is to sign in every day and check for sales (or messages).
