MPN & SKU Product Identifiers - Using File Exchange to bulk edit

Hi Community,

We are currently experiencing an issue with eBay File Exchange where we are attempting to upload a spreadsheet with the following excel information to ebay File Exchange.

Item Title / Item Number / SKU / MPN

I need to copy the data from two spreadsheets. One spreadsheet shows only the Unique Identifiers. The other spreadsheet shows Revise Price & Quantity. Technically when sorting the data by Item ID's, both spreadsheet columns should match up as the data iis identical. However, when I go to sort the data via Item ID, the data in each spreadsheet is different and begins with a different number.

My questions are...

a) why is this happening?

b) what can be done about this?

c) is this an ebay File Exchange error with the output file?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you sorting by Item Number or Unique identifier?

Why not sort one file by ID and do a vlookup on the other to give you the correct info as required?

Can you give an example of the 2 sets of data?
