Does anyone know how to make eBay stop texting already collected item is ready for pick up?

I already collected a Click and Collect item but eBay keeps texting me to pick it up. I can't find anything in the order details to mark it as collected, can't leave feedback (the seller became deregistered by the time the very late item was ready for collection.

It sounds like a staff member at the click and collect point has forgotten to mark it as collected.

If that's the case, not much you can do in eBay.

They will eventually stop as a buyer only has around 7 days to pick up.
