Unable to print postage labels

I have been trying for 7.5 hours to print a postage label. The Chat Help is also down. But Ebay says it is not having any technical difficulties right now. Is anybody experiencing the same?

Clear all cookies, history and cached data.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall again.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.

I printed a small satchel label within eBay a couple of hours ago without issue.

Are you able to purchase the label before you try to print?
