Where can I find my SAVED TEMPLATES on ebay.com.au

Please please please can someone tell me where to find my SAVED TEMPLATES in seller hub.

After creating a half a dozen over a couple of hours I went to find them and there is no dedicated title saying SAVED LISTINGS...

I also found out that I can SAVE TEMPLATE off an ACTIVE LISTING...but again...cannot find the SAVED TEMPLATE. HELP

Look at 'Inventory'.

About 400.

I go to INVENTORY and there are 0 products

Any other suggestions....I must be missing something fundamental here

My advice assumed you have Selling Manager Plus activated.

If you don't, my advice will not work.

As you have a store SMP is free, so maybe subscribe to it.

I also cannot work out how to get to Selling Manager Pro...yes I have a store.
I have written to EB on the feedback form for Listing Tools.
I looked here for how to get to my templates and have been going around in circles for a while now.

Creating templates in Selling Manager Pro

You can have as many as 20 different listing templates per product in Selling Manager Pro, which allows you to list an item in many different ways. For example, you might sometimes want to sell via auction-style format, instead of fixed price, or be able to vary the duration of your listings.

To create a new template in Selling Manager Pro:

From Inventory, select the name of a product.
In Listing Templates, select Create new. Use the business tool to enter the information you'd like in the template.
When you're done, you can Save Only or Submit & Save, which lists the item at the same time as creating the template.

You can also create templates from active or pending listings:

From the Scheduled or Active view, select the listings you want to save as templates. You can save as many as 20 at once.
Select Save to Inventory.
Enter a product name and template name.
Select Product Folder if you want to save in a folder.
To save the template and create a product, select Save to Inventory. Now you'll see the new product and template in Inventory view.

No I dont think I have activated Selling Manager Plus....I thought it was called Selling manage Pro and I couldnt find it....will go a hunting now. Thanks Davewil

Having googled and got this Selling Manager Pro is a paid monthly subscription that includes additional features, and is more suitable for high-volume sellers. To subscribe, go to My Account > Subscriptions, scroll down to eBay Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro, and select Subscribe.

I then followed instructions and once I go to Subscriptions it only offers me to CANCEL or CHANGE there is no where to scroll down and find either SELLING MANAGER OR SELLING MANAGER PRO.

lost again...have just refreshed pages and signed out and signed in again incase connections needed refreshing...but still no go.

I dont understand why i cannot find the most obvious. I know ebay programmers have fun hiding things like contact us...but I would have thought that the things I am hunting would have been obivous as it saves them having to answer innane questions from folks like me.

If you have Selling Manager Pro activated, it will show in your subscriptions (under Account). If you get Cancel or Change, select Change and it will tell you what your current subscription is. If it's not SMP, change it to SMP. Which, as I mentioned is free for stores.

There is no separate SMP anymore, but it gives you more options in Seller Hub.

In Seller Hub, go to Listings>Inventory. You can then create templates in there, or according to what you have posted, import listings as templates.

You then list from there.

As I said you can have about 400. Up to 20 per product.

Am I missing something basic here - Followed your instructions , thank you , got 1/: Then cliked Change subscription and got 2/ . Regretably no SMP... Went to seller hub......nothing under inventory.....Finally I found in the bottom right hand corner....SHOW TEMPLATES that led me to the same inventory page but had a link [upload inventory] below CREATE that took me to FILE EXCHANGE - https://k2b-bulk.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SMProUploadInventory ... Wa la bingo..here we have all sorts of goodies including SMP Pro. PHEW...gotta get to work and make up for hours of lost time and frustration.

IT techs...please make the FILE EXCHANGE a visible button in SELLER HUB...either under LISTINGS or SETTINGS...anywhere really would be incredibly useful for subscribers.

I might have given you some misinformation.

Subscriptions USED to show SM/P, but doesn't appear to these days. Another 'improvement' no doubt.

This is what shows in my store Seller Hub -

My non-store accounts don't have the 'Inventory' option.

And I found all my 'lost ' templates under Listing Templates... I think because I had just subscribed to store and even tho I shut down and restarted computer and refreshed pages it took a bit for the eb 'system' to show my changes. All is well and thanks again.

I have this problem on my iPad and iPhone but not on my PC. I prefer listing on my phone due to the built in camera. My work around is to start the listing on my pc then finish on the iPhone, but I was thinking I could live without my PC
