A seller accepted my return and I received an eBay message 'The seller accepted your return'

In the messaqge there is a big blue button 'See return details'

I am prompted to re-sign into eBay and I receive the 2FA challange of my phone and login. I am then presented with the 'Seller return information' and a big blue 'Get label' button, after clicking this I am prompted for my PayPal 2FA code, whick I enter but then whilst trying to bring up the page it times out.

Now I tried calling eBay but the messaqe on the phone directed me to the website and then hung up, I try the on-line chat and it says that is offline! Great service eBay 😞

The call center has been closed for many,many months due to Covid

Being a Friday, there is *always* issues with everything (eBay fiddle day) few things work as they should

Keep trying Chat as it sounds like it is coming and going today

And be sure to give them your feedback on eBay service, nobody from eBay reads the forum,despite their blurb that they check here for issues
