Hi members

I have been trying to log into my PayPal a/c but I kept getting a screen that reads " We've looking out for you". Then it directs me to a couple of question to confirm who I am. I was asked where I went for my honeymoon and the my name of of 1st school. I answered both questions and got a green tick for both. Then another screen popped up " We've noticed some unusal activity and need your help to secure your account. The same questions repeats itself again and again. I also used my credit card number as proof of my identity. But all to no avail.

I tried to make a purchase today but the whole scenario repeated again. It asked me to make a purchase as a guest. I didn't. I have tried every ways and means to contact PayPal, but all to no avail. I would appreciate it if someone can tell me what may have gone wrong and how I can remedy it. This is very new to me. Many thanks... Tom

Try signing in to PayPal using a different browser, or the PayPal app.

Make sure the browser is recent and has no plug-ins or add-ons enabled.
