Hello,

I've been trying to change my email address for the past 3 months and I keep getting the above error message.

I am using the link https://accountsettings.ebay.com.au/uas/addresses. So far I tried both Chrome and IE.

Is there another way.

IE is a complete waste of time as ebay has not supported it for many years.

I have used Firefox for many years with no problems.

Not sure if this is related to your problem, but the link you posted has an extra period and space at the end of the URL.

Try this link to see if it works any better:

https://accountsettings.ebay.com.au/uas/addresses

That link works for me.

Am starting to think they don't even have Technical Support.....so many issues.....but in saying that I use Chrome and don't have a problem getting around the site.....sorry, not much help here
