My listings have suddenly gone from being in order of time until ended to alphbetical! Anyone else have this happened?

Also I cannot find any way of contacting ebay now!

'Help' is at the top and bottom of every page, you can click through to contact eBay via Live Chat (call center has been closed almost a year due to Covid)

Has this only started today? in which case it could be due to eBay's Friday fiddling which causes more issues than usual

Your buyers can sort your listings into whatever they want....I always search by time ending soonest.

Use the drop down box at the top right of the page to select the order you want.

It sounds like you have accidentally clicked on "Title" on your selling page and thus your listings have been sorted by that category.

Go to your selling page and click on the "Time Left" at the top of the column.

That should re-sort them by ending soonest.

Yes, only started today and help doesn't seem to have any option to chat to them now 😞

Have you tried the simple remedies suggested?

As said, buyers can sort your listings in any order they wish, so it's only YOUR perception that is affected. And easily remedied.

Yes, but I want to sort mine by order of time left and I don't have those options any more, no way to contact them either, what part of no sellers- no buyers don't these morons understand!

Yes, I have tried everything I can, I don't have the options suggested, I know it's only my perception but I preferred it the way it was, easier to check if there is any interest in recently listed items as I had a fair idea where they were lol, I akso hate this change for the sake of change that seems to be the way ebay are going

Your store is showing as time ending soonest and I can also select tht option when I look at your items as a list, not in the store.

What else do you want?

I realise that Lyndal..I can choose that option if I look at anyone elses listings but I cannot do it with my own which is what I want.

Try tomorrow. Friday is, and has always been, maintenance day. There's a plant that grows in North Queensland called 'wait-a-while'. Good advice.

For example, I was asked a question late this afternoon. For about an hour I couldn't send a reply. After that, the bots presumably had finished with Fridaying me and I was able to answer.

Never assume anything that happens on Friday is permanent unless it also happens on Saturday.

Why is it so important when your potential buyers can change it to what they want anyway?

How would it work if a buyer looks at categories?
