Tried to use the usual advertised 5% voucher in the ColesoneBay PLUS store today and it errors as "expired" even though the T&Cs states it is active.

Tried to use chat with help on eBay and the operator was useless. Had no idea what I was talking about. After nearly an hour and the Help guy telling me to clear my cache, try another browser, and try another day I gave up.

Completely pointless.

Same thing here. The code is not listed on My eBay Summary page so I think it's an eBay issue. It also will not paste from the Coles specials page.

Agreed, extremely disappointed with their customer service! I had the exact same issue - should be quite straight forward to resolve but wasted more than 30 minutes with no result. And yes, the "Save 5% on every Coles on eBay order" is still being advertised all over eBay pages, incl. their own Buying with eBay Plus article, and the "PLUSFIVE" voucher is also still showing on their Coles Weekly Specials banner.
