Having issues with the mobile app, can't delete from bid ended list, unable to leave feedback . Listing or relisting is terrible. I don't often have make an offer on my listings but it is so difficult to remove that via the mobile , I tend not to list until I get on my desktop. Which is a hassle as like everyone else we are all busy So I tend to forget and leave it for days sometimes. . Not real 2021 if you ask me. Now my real issue is I have looked and looked and cannot figure a way to contact ebay to let them know of the issues. Don't tell me to restart, re install all been done. The total lack of customer support even to receive a report on an issue of theirs is pathetic. How about easy email access geez I know you wouldn't reply for days but at least I would be able to provide feedback on failures. This lack of customer commitment and basically give a sh t is why I continually delete the suck up emails re me Joining ebay plus. What plus even less support for your money. Please fix the app please fix your service , ebay is now like my 13 year old , turns every light on in the house and leaves .

Other members here cannot fix the app (which has been rubbish for many for a long, long time)

You can contact eBay using 'eBay Help' which at the top of every page and scroll to the bottom for Live Chat
