Cant process a payment to ebay and Paypal not responding

Hi All

I am trying to make a purchase on ebay with a card I have used numerous times, which has suffiecient funds and am being requested to use a different car, which I do and get the same response, All card have been used previously and have sufficient funds so then try to pay via paypal and get a constsnt processing message that does not resolve.

Have you checked the expiry date/s?

Are you doing anything differently to what you did previously? Are you using a phone to buy? Are you using Internet Explorer? If none of these apply, try again later, it may be a glitch. As a last resort call eBay and Paypal.

I am having the same experience for about a fortnight now, plenty of funds but both cards refused by ebay and paypal. My bank says my cards are fine, so where does the problem lie?
