Constantly getting diverted to .com from .com.au when trying to place listing

Hi guys

I am in Australia and haven't listed on ebay for a couple of years.

Every time I try to upload my listing it states 'We're unable to find that page' and I end up constantly being rediverted to .com all the time.

Can anyone suggest why this might be happening?

I am so confused, hehehehe

Have you signed up to Managed Payments? If not, that is probably the reason.

I have the same problem. I have spent HOURS on Chat but no-one seems to have any idea. I get fobbed off with "Try this".

Re signing up for Managed Payments, this is another facility that isn't working for me. As I write this reply I am on hold waiting for help on the subject.

I am finding it extremely frustrating and time-consuming to have to fight constantly to get eBay to sort out its problems.

If eBay have required you to sign up for MP, then you won't be able to list anything until you have signed up for MP. Get that sorted and the rest should be okay.

In what way isn't MP working? There are many members here who have resolved MP issues, so some detail would help us help you resolve it. Generally more relevant and targetted than 'Help'.
