If not, that could well be why you haven't received the money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you cancel the listing when it was no longer available? If not, you are likely going to have to wear a policy violation .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An item is no longer available ( was sold elsewhere) but buyer has 'paid'. The money is in limbo some how as I dont have an account even attached to the item to receive a payment. I have been unable to get any help from eBay. The buyer has become aggressive and abusive.Can anyone suggest how I sort this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
