Delegate is not able to access account. I am getting an error message: You don't have authority to send invitations.

In Permissions->Authorised users

Freelancer had been accessing the account with delegate for the last 4 months without any issue.

We got an email on July 15 at 8:12 PM that your account has been compromised and you should change your password. We changed the password on this account and since then her delegate access has been disabled.

Without delegate access she can't access the account, which means we can't list and sell

If we can't sell, we lose money. Sales have been down a lot. We Approached Ebay 10-15 times and have spent countless hours without any resolution. Arif - Manager from Ebay has been on the case since the start . Not sure what is going on, no update, nothing at all. It's not rocket science.

I work very hard on my business. Ebay has let me down a lot. Sales have gone down considerably. I am totally frustrated with the lack of response from Ebay. I don't know that to do. Should I approach Fair Trading? Ebay will surely close my business then. What to do!!!!!!????
