It was not a charge of $48.99 by any chance? That would be the fee for eBay Plus once the trial expires. Many people wonder what that charge is once their trial expires, that's why I am asking.

Otherwise, if it is something else, I would advise you to contact eBay (live chat) from the Help page. We are just normal members here.

no i hit pay and it told me to check my card detals and try again but my bank sent me a sms saying it was just taking out by ebay but it has not come up as i had paid for anything

Are you certain it was an eBay charge ? Were you notified about it through eBay messaging, or did it come through your personal email only ? What did it say the "product" was ?

If you didn't sign up for the free eBay Plus trail, and you haven't bought or sold anything on eBay that relates to the bank payment, then all I can suggest is to see if your bank can give you more details and failing that go to the eBay help link below and scroll to the bottom and use the "contact us" link.
