Upate I.D. info

I recieved messages from Ebay to update my I.D. info which inclduded photos of my drivers licence. I did all that was required twice and have now been told I have not done it and my account is on hold. What to Do???

Just make sure that the details that you registered on Ebay with match your ID docs EXACTLY, ie: no shortening of your name (which is what happened to me until I realised).

Also, I can't remember back from when I did it, but I think there are only certain formats and size which are accepted in the photo upload section.
