Having trouble editing listings

Has anyone seen this before? I was trying to bulk edit some listings, but only have the old Services options for international postage, so it wouldn't allow them to go through. I rang eBay and they have told me it'll go to their IT dept and blah blah blah. Now I am trying to edit international postage on an individual listing and this is what shows up in the postage section. I have been selling for 15 years and have never seen this before. The only thing I have changed recently was the combined postage percentage discount. Does anyone know how to get it back to normal?

Okay, I figured that out. I somehow opted in to Business Policies, which I didn't even know existed. I still have the problem with not being able to change the International Postage option. It only gives me 6 options, and when I try any of them it comes up "please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields". The only field that is highlighted is "Services" and I have tried all of them. I have tried editing the dimensions, handling time and everything else, but it makes no difference. It is only with calculated postage. Flat rate postage is working fine. Please help!
