I have tried to list a single item ( camping trailer) on numerous occasions over the past weeks however when I'm asked to confirm my details the platform just freezes.

Any suggestions

Can only think of a couple of things,

Have you registered and been verified to sell on ebay

Have you signed on and been verified for managed payments

Does the item you wish sell, exceed the amount you are currently authorized to sell.

You haven't sold anything for a long time, so you will be treated as a "new" seller, with limitations in place which could be as low as $100 a month for the next 3 months.

You also need to be signed up and verified for the new Managed Payments system (no more Paypal) which has been in place since July 2020. There would have been emails about it, as well as information on your seller account.

So, first you need to overcome the registration hurdle, as any funds you receive will be on hold for at last 20-30 days, or until you can show tracked delivery or pickup with a QR code (cash is better though).

You can also look in your Seller Hub as it will show you your current selling limits. Go to the Overview Tab and then scroll down to see what the restriction is.

If you're only selling the one big ticket item, it may be better to do it on Marketplace.
