I need to chat with customer service regarding the case and unreasonable feedback.The issue needs to be sorted it as soon as possible.

But the online chat function 's disappeared suddenly.

As Padi said, All via the Help Tab. and seems to be working ok. just tested with automated chat, which worked and simply have to type speak to agent or similar to go live.

It's Friday. That is colloquially known as eBay's Glitch Day, or Day of the Glitches, etc.

The best advice we can offer is... let eBay's "scheduled maintenance" take its time, and try again later.

In the meantime, is there any community-based advice that might help you with the issue about which you wanted to contact eBay CS?
