Trying to answer a question from a buyer & this comes up, the question was sent one hour ago The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You cannot respond to questions older than 90 days.

I mean, it is true that you can't answer PMs after 3 months, but you can still go to the buyer's profile and contact him or her from there.

A couple of times I got a refund and then the item arrived very late, once after 6 months, and I was unable to reply to the original PM because the thread had become inactive, but i could contact the seller from their main page.
