Hi,

Ive been receiving messages to varify my account and have sent photos of my drivers license on several occasions which never get approved. I do not have a valid passport. How else am i supposed to get my account verified if you wont accept my drivers license?

Why don't the photos get approved? Is there an error message? Maybe it is the format of the photos? Too small or too large?

You could try live chat to talk to an eBay representative. if the problem persists.

Are the details on the licence, identical with the ebay account details. Licence, bank account & ebay account details must all be an exact match
