every time I try to buy or pay for an item I get

"Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://pay.ebay.com.au/rxo?" on this server.

no idea why as I don't run a VPN - but do have 2 internet connections = old adsl one and new satellite one [ping over 900ms]

help need to buy again [only started happening last week or two]

Have you tried a different browser or purchasing through your phone on the ebay app?

Is it just payment to one particular seller?

There have been quite a few technical issues lately.

yes I have tried both MS IE and firefox browsers

no I can't use my phone at home [that's why I have satellite internet]

and yes I'm trying to purchase from 2 different sellers and have tried to buy from each 1 at a time 😞

resetting my PC worked once last week - but not this week 😞 getting really upset at the moment - as both items I want to purchase are for friends how can't use computers
