Can't finish my listing - wrong location

Dear people,

I didn't sell on ebay for a while. Started again, and this is a hell. Like nothing like this happened to me before.

First listing doesn't show up when I search for it.

Second listing can not be finished. I updated all my business policies, addresses, the item location is in Australia.

In the listing it comes up like I don't have those policies at all and I need to create new ones. Then when it comes to shipping it gives me options like I'm shipping from US, not AU.

I don't know what to do with this. Such a hell.

I would appreciate a helpful advice.

Have you fully signed up for Managed Payments and been verified?

Because that must be done before listing anything for sale

Just checking you have done all this before members offering advice/tips on the rest as there is no point listing at all if you have'nt

eBay will see you as a "new seller" since you haven't sold for over a year. You must also register and be verified for Managed Payments as sellers can't use Paypal anymore for selling. If you haven't got your Managed Payments sorted out that could well be why you're having trouble listing.

Thank you everyone.

I followed the links and even had a chat with ebay. I'm actually verified and signed up for Managed Payments since Jan 10, 2022.

So I'll just try to delete my draft and start it again. See what happens.

In addition, make sure you are listing on eBay.com.au, not eBay.com.

Thank you. That was my problem with wrong location. I fixed it.

I did it all over again and now both my listings don't come up on ebay. I can find them in My account but they are not actually listed and don't show up.

It's probably going to take a while before the listings appear. It may be a day.
