Sudden dramatic decrease in number of new listings since the weekend

For several years I have been monitoring the category [Computers/Tablets & Networking >
Vintage Computing] on a daily basis (yeah, I'm a nerd ok), so I'm very familiar with it. Since the weekend (approximately night of Friday 8th July 2022) there is a dramatic decrease in the number of new listings in that category. Normally there are many hundreds of new listings per day globally, however since this past Friday the number of listings has decreased to just a handful per day. Sorting by "Newly listed" shows listings very close to the top that are days old in some cases. I don't know if this is impacting other categories since I am only closely familiar with that one category. I have tried on the iPhone app, and also on the desktop browser, both signed in and signed out (incognito). The issue is the same in all cases. I'm thinking this must be related to an update that was applied on Friday night?

Not the same category but I have approx. ten new listings and all have not had one single view which is highly unusual. I believe reading in other forums this is a problem for a lot of sellers at the moment. Definitely something not right somewhere and it is very frustrating. I am paying Ebay store fees for what?
