Someone else posted they had the same issue and contacted eBay who told them there was a glitch

One would hope, the more people who contact them the sooner something might get done to fix it

Same issue, this is a bad fault and would be affecting many users, very annoying.

Have just spoken to CS, they are aware of issue and are currently working on it.

With your volume, why are you using eBay postage?

AP MyPost Business will definitely be cheaper and more efficient.
