Is any one else having a problem paying by Paypal for last two days?

When I click on the pay by paypal button the login window opens for a few seconds, then closes and I am left with a spinning wheel.

I have tried three different computers, three different browsers (firefox,Edge and Chrome)
and all do the same.

I never get to the login part on paypal so it cannot be my account.
and anyway I can login into my paypal account.

Any ideas anyone ?

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer ?

My last payment was 4 days ago with no problems.

On the fourth day it started working again all by itself.
I figured either Ebay or Papyal had problems that they were not telling anyone about.
