Hi just wondering where the customer service phone number or email is? I got charged $27 in fees for an item that sold for $7.95 under the label it was a promotion charge. I’ve never signed up for promotions. I also wonder how you can be charged $27 in fees or almost 4 times the price the item cost (taking into account t final value and other fees)

Did you combine orders.

Your recent sale for $7.95 + $13.95, sold to bidder, who bid on 46 of your items and appears to have won a considerable amount of them.

Your listings state you are happy to combine postage, which requires you to send combined invoices, with ebay fees being charged as per total invoice, all items + postage.
