Can’t refund my buyer

My buyer cancelled an order and she can't get a refund we have tried everything Ebay has said that it's because of a glitch in the system meanwhile my buyer has waited nine days and still no refund as a seller this is appalling. A glitch in the system that for over 10 days has not been fixed meaning if buyers cancel their order they don't get a refund 10 days later I still don't have the money in my account either so what is going on eBay! has anybody else had this issue

Buyers cannot cancel so I don't know how it happened to start with

Since you are asking what is going on to eBay, you will need to contact them again and tell them what you have posted here

No ebay staff read the forum, despite the blurb they do, it is a lie

How did they pay?

Are you on managed payments ?

That your buyer cancelled? Can't happen -only the seller can cancel

That you can't refund? Why? It is simple.
