Is it a change of mind return or is the item defective in some way ?

I have found with not as described returns, it won't let you submit without at least one photo provided as evidence of a fault.

It is also sometimes easier to submit returns on a computer rather then a phone or tablet device. And I have heard lots of things don't work properly on the app (never used it myself)
