I have four items with 1 bid each, when auction ended they have been processed to the unsold section, Why and what do I do?

In your completed listings I see 5 items that ended today with one bid marked as sold, and 4 items with no bids (or bid retractions) that show as unsold.

Strange, I see 5 sold. 4 with 1 bid each and 1 with 3 bids.
